Yesterday on the way home from my morning coffee, I noticed a beautiful mist covering the land. I zipped home to pack up my gear and it was then a race against time to shoot some landscapes before the mist cleared.
This shot of the pier in Middleton was taken with my trusty 50mm with a 4x ND filter and circ. polarizer stacked.
My landscape of the forest was a bracket of four exposures combined in Photoshop’s HDR Pro feature with some dodging and burning to even out the exposure. It’s my first successful HDR image in that it looks quite natural to me.
