Architectural hotel photography in Madison, Wisconsin

Just finished up a photography project for a small hotel close to downtown Madison. My assistant and I spent the day photographing rooms and amenities and I came back on a different day for the exterior photographs. Several of the photos are exposure bracketed so that I can expand the dynamic range of the camera sensor. Most of the photography was achieved with a 14mm f/2.8 and Canon 16-35mm L.

Architectural photography is one of my favorite styles to work on. It takes a lot of patience and close attention to detail, but the payoff is great because you have unlimited amount of time to set up shots and you can get everything polished in post when you did the shoot properly.
